This combined with Head Chef Rawlins 30+ years in the culinary industry and numerous handed down family recipes our vision is to bring the Caribbean’s exotic flavours to the South Coast like no other.

Locally sourced meats combined with vegetables, spices and fruits from their respective islands are all part of what makes Soul & Spice special.
